About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Valencia, CA. This is an inbound sales role focused on working company-generated leads — not cold calling.

You will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers by phone, text, and email, understanding their financing needs, and guiding them through the equipment financing process from initial inquiry to funding. Many of our customers are going through this process for the first time, so strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-up are essential.

This role is well-suited for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys speaking with customers, and wants the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.

Compensation

First-year on-target earnings are $90,000–$100,000+, with a compensation structure designed to reward performance. The base salary is below $40,000, with significant upside for individuals who are driven to succeed in a commission-based role.

What the Job Actually Is

This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on building and managing dealer partnerships. You are not working inbound leads. You are creating opportunity.

You will be identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding equipment dealers, vendors, and sales reps who can send financing opportunities your way. That means calling, texting, emailing, and following up consistently to build long-term relationships that produce deal flow.

You will stay in front of your dealers, help them structure deals, and make sure TrueCore is their go-to financing partner.

Compensation

First-year on-target earnings are $100,000+. This is directly tied to the relationships you build and the volume you generate. There is no cap if you produce.

The base is under $40,000. This role is built for people who want to earn, not people who want to sit on a salary.

  • You need to be comfortable prospecting. This is an outbound-heavy role.
  • You can build relationships, not just close transactions.
  • You are consistent with follow-up and staying in front of people.
  • You can handle rejection and keep moving without losing momentum.
