We are not a bank or a large institutional lender — we are a nimble, fast-moving team focused on delivering practical financing solutions and strong customer service.
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in Valencia, CA. This is an inbound sales role focused on working company-generated leads — not cold calling.
You will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers by phone, text, and email, understanding their financing needs, and guiding them through the equipment financing process from initial inquiry to funding. Many of our customers are going through this process for the first time, so strong communication, responsiveness, and follow-up are essential.
This role is well-suited for someone who is motivated by performance, enjoys speaking with customers, and wants the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
First-year on-target earnings are $90,000–$100,000+, with a compensation structure designed to reward performance. The base salary is below $40,000, with significant upside for individuals who are driven to succeed in a commission-based role.
Commercial equipment finance is different from consumer lending. Deal structures, rates, and customer needs can be more complex, and our clients are often business owners making important financial decisions for their companies. There is a learning curve, but we provide the training and support needed to help the right person succeed.

You will be identifying, reaching out to, and onboarding equipment dealers, vendors, and sales reps who can send financing opportunities your way. That means calling, texting, emailing, and following up consistently to build long-term relationships that produce deal flow.
You will stay in front of your dealers, help them structure deals, and make sure TrueCore is their go-to financing partner.
First-year on-target earnings are $100,000+. This is directly tied to the relationships you build and the volume you generate. There is no cap if you produce.
The base is under $40,000. This role is built for people who want to earn, not people who want to sit on a salary.
This is not transactional sales. Dealer relationships take effort to build, but once established, they produce consistent volume. If you put in the work early, it compounds.
